Order Acceptance
Naturika Delights reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
Order acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch of the product.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via your registered email and/or phone number along with a unique order identification number.
You must use the order identification number in all communications with us regarding your order.

Full Refund: If cancellation is made on the same day as the order placement.
If cancellation is requested after the same day, the order will be considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Our items are perishable, thus all transactions are deemed final.
- However, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation
- If the order is cancelled by the cut-off time (the same day it was placed).
Out of Stock
- If the ordered product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a broken/damaged product or an incorrect product, contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You must return the unused product to us to initiate the refund process.
Quality Concerns
- If the product seal is broken or tampered with, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
- The product will be inspected, and if the issue is deemed genuine, a refund will be approved.
- The status of your refund will be communicated via email and/or message.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during order placement.
Non-Eligibility for Refund
You will not be entitled for a refund in the following situations:
- The shipment was returned due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Delivery arrangements were not made, and the product was not accepted.
- You refuse to accept delivery for reasons other than product damage.
- Damage or issues are reported after 24 hours of product receipt.
- Quality-related concerns are reported after 3 days of receiving the product.
- Note: Naturika Delights reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on inspection and policy guidelines.
Shipping Costs
- When returning a product, customers must pay for their own shipping fees.
- Shipping expenses are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
